Gentry Going To Sydney
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) —. wr SYDNEY, March 19. The New Zealand pacer Gentry will run in the Lord Mayor’s Cup at Sydney’s Harold Park course at Easter. The owner. Mr H. S. Barry, who entered the horse this week, said today he would bring three pacers from Auckland. Tne others. Student Prince and Havana Smoke, would contest the N.S.W. Pacers’ Derby. The trip will be Gentry's fourth to Australia. He failed in tne Inter-Dominion Championships in Adelaide in 1968. and finished third to Sibelia in the Lord Mayor’s Cup. In 1959. he was beaten at his only two starts tn Australia. L'Sst yea rhe raced only once at Harold Park, finishing fifth to First Kiss m a free-for-all at Harold Park.
