ANGLICAN CHURCH DAY SCHOOLS
Discussion By Panel
The more personal attention given in the smaller classes at the Anglican Church day schools by teachers who had heard God’s call to the work must mean a more complete development of the individual child, body mind and spirit. This was the opinion of a panel discussing the co-opera-tive progress of the Church day school movement. The panel, the Rev C. Gault (St Michael’s), the Rev R Williams (St. Mark’s, Opawa), the Rev. L. J Denny (St. Francis, Avonside) and the Rev. C. L. Dobbs (St. Mathew’S Victory Memorial), discussed questions on the schools with staff and supporters, of the schools. The panel said the primary aim of the schools was to provide an education with God and His Word as a basis.
