(N.Z.P.A.-R euter—Copyright) SYDNEY, February 20 Wharf labourers staged « four-hour strike in Sydney today Nearly 2000 men walked off every Ship in the harbour at noon, allegedly over the suspension of a union delegate and 43 men, last Wednesday.
