AUCKLAND, February 10. Nuffield and Perseus may win the TA.B. double at the Rotorua Racing Club's summer meeting tomorrow. Nuffield is opposed in the first leg. the Rotorua Cup. by a field of some size and quality, but he has speed and stamina. Nuffield. with 8-11. looked favourably placed in the handicap. He has a liking for the course, having won the Rotorua Christmas Handicap over a mile and a quarter and 180 yards—the distance of tomorrow's event —last December. Nuffield s hardest opponents may l>e Spring Pin and Joytime. Bonnie Praise and Atelia may be the hardest for Pei seus to beat in the Tourist Handicap, six furlongs. Both, however, give Perseus weight—lBlb in the case of Atelia. Perseus has 7-10, which is 2Jb more than the minimum weight. Riding engagements include:— B. F. Andrews: Querist.
