TRANS-TASMAN YACHTING.—The skipper of the schooner Astor, Mr Peter Warner (left), congratulates Mr Vic Meyer, skipper of the cutter Solo, for taking the line honours in the Trans-Tasman yacht race which finished in Sydney on Sunday. Provisional results placed Solo second to another cutter, Norla. The first six boats home were Australians, followed by New Zealand and American entries.
