Bonus Issue Planned (N.Z, Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb 10 Transport (Nelson) Holdings. Ltd- announces that a bonus issue is contemplated. A shareholders' meeting will be called soon. The 5s shares have been in demand lately. They sold at up to 12s 3d today, after sales yesterday at Ils fid The company's interim report to September 30 showed paid capital at £349.322, reserves £220.234. In its last year the company earned 17.84 per cent on capital and paid ■ dividend of 8 per cent.
