Wager At Junior Council Meeting
Mr R. K. Godfrey, of the Christchurch Junior Council, said yesterday that when he wagered £lO that the Victory Park Board could not deny professional players use of Lancaster Park at the council’s meeting, he meant that the Victory Park Act made no such restriction.
