Main Race At Gore “The Press” Special Service INVERCARGILL, February 9. The Gore Racing Club Handicap will be the main event and first leg of the double at the Gore meeting on Saturday. In the absence of Roseair. Underarm will now be a pronounced favourite with Osman and Fire Bar the best of the others. The second leg will be the Mataura Senior Hack Handicap, for which a fresh runner. Heart’s Pride, will be strongly favoured. The track will be hard and fast.
