Australia To Make Market Survey (N.Z. Press Assn.— ■Com/righti MELBOURNE, Feb. 9. The Australian Wool Bureau hoped to send a market survey team to Communist China, the bureau chairman (Sir William Gunn) said last night. He was addressing graziers at the town of Horsham, in Western Victoria. Sir William Gunn said: "We are keen to promote wool in Communist China, but it is not an easy country in which to do so. "Wool is bought by a Government agency and there is little purpose in promoting wool to the Chinese consumer.” He added China was already Australia’s best customer for wool tops.
