President Kennedy has announced plans for a White House discussion of United States-Canadian problems with the Canadian Prtne Minister Mr John Diefenbaker, on Feberuary 20 just a few days before the Commonwealth Prime Ministers’ conference in London.
President Kennedy told his news conference he thought it was “most important that harmonious relations exist between two old friends Therefore I am glad to have this chance to meet the Prime Minister.”
