Toure Urges African Common Market
(N.Z.P.A -Reuter—Copyright) CONAKRY (Guinea), January 29. President Sekou Toure said today that Guinea will not consider herself completely tree as long as there are colonies In Africa. Speaking at a ceremony to cerebrate his inauguration as President, he said the creation of an African common market and monetary rone would solve many of Africa’s economic and financial problems and enable her to negotiate on world markets from a position i appropriate to her mineral and agricultural wealth.
