CHILDREN FUND DIRECTOR
Visit To N.Z. Soon
The director of the Save the Children Fund, Brigadier T. W. Boyce, of London, will visit New Zealand early in April. This was announced by the president of the North Canterbury branch ' Miss M. G Havelaar) at the monthly committee meeting yesterday. Brigadier Boyce plans to visit the Save the Children Fund teams in Hong Kong and Korea, and then visit the contributing branches in New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
The provisional dates of his stay in New Zealand are from March 30 to April 10. It is expected that he will be in Christchurch for the annual Dominion meeting of the Save the Children Fund, which will take place in the city on April 8
He will also address a public meeting, to which sponsors, subscribers and members of the public will be invited.
