MALAYAN ARMY LEADERS
New Zealand Visit Next Month (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Jan. 27. Lieutenant-General Sir Rodney Moore, Chief of the Armed Forces Staff and Director Operations in the Federation of Malaya, will arrive by air at Whenuapai on February 28 for atwo weeks’ visit He will visit Army establishments in both islands. With him will be two Army officers from the Malayan Federation, Colonel Yeo Mahidin Bin Mohammed Shariff, director of the Territorial Army, andColonel Abbas Bin Abdul Manan, principal staff officer for personnel with the Ministry of Defence at Kuala Lumpur. They will visit Whangaparoa, the Devcnport naval base, Waiouru, Ohakea. Burnham, Dunedin and Wellington.
