OVERSEAS VISIT
P.M. To Leave In March (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Jan. 27. The Prime Minister and Minister of External Affairs (Mr Holyoake) announced at his press conference tonight that he would attend the meeting of the Council of the South-east Asia Treaty Organisation. of which " New Zealand is a member, m Bangkok towards the end of March. Mr Holyoake said that he proposed to visit Washington, where he hoped to meet President Kennedy on his way to the London meeting of the Commonwealth Prime Ministers early in March, and then to fly to Bangkok by the most direct route.
