Woman Injured In Collision
Several broken ribs. head, and internal injuries were suffered by a woman when her husband's car was involved in a collision with a light truck at the intersection of Hereford and England streets st 652 p.m. on Sunday. She is Mrs Mary Davies, of 108 Fieete street. Dallington. Her condition was described last evening as quite comfortable. The driver of the truck. Keith James Wood, of Putaruru. North Island, was travelling west along Hereford Street, and the car in which Mrs Davies was travelling, south along England street. The car came to rest beside the gutter in England street after the impact. Both vehicles were taken into the city by breakdown truck
