Cast Offensive Matree— Thomas Peter Hayes, aged 29. a seaman, was fined £7 10s by Messrs A. B. P. Large and D G. Sutton, Justices of the Peace in the Magistrate's Court at Lyttelton on Saturday on charges ot easting offensive matter and disorderly behavioife- outside a Lyttelton cafe on December 29.
