PLURAL VOTING IN EDEN
Police Decide To Take No Action (New Zealand Press Association! AUCKLAND, Dec. 29. The Auckland police said today that no action would be taken in a case of plural voting in the Eden electorate at the General Election. Inquiries have shown that the voter was an elderly woman hospital patient whose double vote was taken accidentally. Because of her age and condition she did not appreciate what had happened. Inquiries into reported plural voting in the North Shore electorate are continuing.
