Ethiopian Coup Deplored
(N.Z. Press Association— Copyright) ADDIS ABABA, December 27. Members of both Houses of the Ethiopian Parliament went to the Royal Palace last night to present to Emperor Haile Selassie a resolution condemning the recent attempt to overthrow him. , The resolution, passed earlier by both Houses in joint session, declared the coup was plotted by a few people, and the population of the country neither supported it nor joined in the attempt.
