NEW YORK, Dec. 27. Cuba’s first group of Russian tourists arrived in Havana yesterday for a stay of two or three days, the “New York Times” reported. The Cuban Government said the arrivals marked the beginning of a brisk tourist trade between Cuba and the Soviet Union under a tourist agreement signed recently. The first group consisted of 32 students, professional workers, artists and workers, according to the Government announcement. Another group of 35 will arrive today. At the same time about 300 Americans have arrived in Havana on a trip arranged by the “Fair Play for Cuba Committee.”
