(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 14.

Britain’s Colonial and Commonwealth Relations Secretaries, Mr laian Macleod and Mr Duncan Sandys, figured in new moves in London today to resolve an impasse over postponed constitutional talks on the two Rhodesias.
