Reconvention By Force Urged NEW DELHI, December 15 The Indian Prime Minister (Mr Nehru) told a press conference today that the United Nations “should certainly use every kind of force” if necessary, to reconvene the Congo Parliament, He acknowledged that the Parliament might not be the cure for all ills, but said it would point the country in the right direction. Mr Nehru said that he had suggested to Britain and Russia, cochairmen of the Geneva conference on Indo-China. that the joint commission be reconvened to consider the crisis in Laos He had not vet had anv resnonse to the suggestion. India is chairman of the joint commission, and Mr Nehru said he believed that Poland and Canada, the other members, would favour the move
