City Of The Future
Sir,—Mr H. C. Holden, senior investigating officer of the Department of Industries and Commerce holds out the first ray of hope for city dwellers born and bred; that they may live to enjoy again their home life without being driven (in defence of health and happiness) to outer suburbs by the encroachment of noxious, noisy, dusty, or fume-emitting industries. —Yours, etc., MAY HE PROSPER. December 14, 1960.
