Subscription lists to the issue by Smith and Brown Holdings, Ltd., Auckland, of 400,000 ordinary 5s shares at a premium of 3s 3d opened and closed immediately today.
The issue was over-sub-scribed. It is expected that allotments will be mailed before Christmas.
