Headless Body Of Woman Found
(N,Z. Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, December 5. The headless body of a woman floated to the surface after a dredger fouled a car on the bed of the Thames today. Police believe the body may help solve a mystery that has baffled them for four years. Mr Jack Love, aged 34. and his wife, Mary, disappeared in 1956 after leaving in an old car from their home in Tottenham, North London, to keep an appointment at an Air Force employment bureau. Since the Loves disappeared, there have been several reports —unconfirmed by police—that Mr Love has been seen in different areas.
