REMOVING HUMAN LIMITATIONS

“Man seems to have hedged himself around with a multitude of restrictions to his happiness and success in life. He is dogged by illnesses, physical and mental, so that in New Zealand alone one in every 11 persons is likely to spend some time in a mental institution in his or her lifetime. Hospitalisation is on the increase and bigger hospitals are all the time being built to accommodate the in and out patients. It is a picture of human misery which should cause us to think and to try to do something about it.” These remarks were made by Mr Charles Bowly, a visiting lecturer for the Sutcliffe Schools of Radiant Living, New Zealand, who will address a Public Meeting which will be opened by the DeputyMayor, Mr H. P. Smith, at 93 Cashel street, next Tuesday, November 22. at 8 p.m., when his subject will be, “How to Increase Your Health; Mind, Power and Knowledge.” All interested persons are invited to attend. Mr Bowly. a vital looking young man. born in Australia and with a background of service in the Royal Australian Air Force and the Fleet Air Arm, during World War 11, shows a grasp of fundamental needs of humanity which is obviously deep, sincere and based upon much study and application of the principles of this International philosophy of which he is the New Zealand representative. —Advt.
