SIX-FOR-FIVE BONUS
Waitaki Farmers’ Freezing (A'ew Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN. November 18. Directors of the Waitaki Farmers’ Freezing Company. Ltd.,, announce proposals for a bonus share issue, and the subdivision of the £1 shares into 5s units. Nominal capital is raised from £300.000 to £750.000. It is proposed to capitalise £345,708 from reserves and to distribute 345,708 £1 shares by way of bonus to shareholders, in the proportion of six new shares for every five held. Both the ordinary shares and the B shares are then to be subdivided into 5s units.
