Motor-Cyclist Injured
Head injuries were suffered by Anthony Raymond Collins, of 13 Wise street, Addington, when he fell from his motor-cycle at the corner of Oxford terrace and Antigua street about 6.20 p.m. on Saturday. He was taken by a St. John ambulance to the Christchurch Hospital, and after being examined in the casualty department was transferred to the Princess Margaret Hospital. Precautions In Germany.— The West German Cabinet has approved a draft law to prevent people likely to commit political offences from leaving or entering the country, the Minister of the Interior (Dr. Gerhard Schroeder) said today. Dr. Schroeder said the Government wanted to prevent "elements dangerous to the State" having freedom of action in West Germany.—(Bonn, November 18.)
