(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 21. A two-for-one bonus issue is to be made by Winstone, Ltd., manufacturers of building materials, Auckland, the company announced today. Nominal capital is to be raised from £1,000,000 to £4,000,000. Group net profit for the year ended June 30 is £96,726 higher at £377,511. The issue totalling 1,842,000 fully paid £1 shares will be made on shares held at November 2. It will comprise one B share from pre-1957 revenue profits for each two existing shares and three shares from a revaluation of capital assets for each two existing shares. With a final payment of 7V4 per cent., total dividend for the year is 10 per cent., compared with 8M per cent, last year. Group sales for the year were a record £9,455,044, £129,539 higher than the previous best figure set last year. Net profit of the parent company is £59,377 higher at £244,172. Consolidated net profit is after providing £113,466 more for tax at £442,888, and.£11,959 more for depreciation at £337,039.
