National Electric One-For-1 Bonus
The National Electrical and Engineering Company, Ltd, after a meeting held yesterday, proposes early in 1961 to recommend to shareholders a tax-free bonus Issue of shares on a one-for-1 basis and that £1 shares be subdivided into 5s units.
