Aero Club Convicted And Fined
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 14. The Auckland Aero Club was convicted of two breaches of the Air Services Licensing Act, 1951, and the Civil Aviation Regulations. 1953, ‘by Mr F. McCarthy. S.M.. in a written decision given in the Magistrates’s Court at Auckland today. It was fined £5 on each charge.
