Senator John Kennedy, the Democratic Presidential candidate, said yesterday he was "tired of reading every morning what Mr Khrushchev is doing. 1 want to read what the President of -the United States is doing," be said. Senator Kennedy, tn a foreign policy campaign speech over a State-wide television network, accused the Republican Administration of being “hypnotised" by the Russian leader. "When he grins we invite him to Camp David. When he growls we restrict him to Manhattan,”
