N.Z. Basketball Team Did Well In Australia

/'IANTcuusURY members of the New Zealand basketball team arrived home last week after a most successful tour of Australia. The team played 16 games, winning 14 and losing two. Twelve of the games were one-hour matches and four were of 20 minutes’ duration. Judy Dunlop and Pam Edmonds played in 14 games, Including the three tests. Shirley Patrick took part in 13 matches including the three tests, and Colleen McMaster had a total of 12 games and played in two tests. New Zealand won the first test 49-20, lost the second 39-44, and lost the third 45-46. On the tour New Zealand scored 761 goals, conceded 377.
