FASHION PARADE IN AEROPLANE
North Island Tour
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 8. Three Wellington mannequins will show new season swimsuits 25,000 ft above Wellington in a Tasman Empire Airways Electra tomorrow- 1 The fashion parade-will be part of a North Island tour by the Electra.
The aircraft will leave from Auckland, flying low over Rotorua, Gisborne, Wairoa, Napier, Hastings and Palmerston North. After the fashion parade over Wellington the Electra will return to Auckland via Wanganui and New Plymouth. The audience for the swimsuit review will be Auckland and Wellington fashion editors, magazine, radio and advertising representatives and buyers.
