Soviet Diplomat Sick.—The Soviet United Nations delegate, Mr Arkady Sobolev, was reported to be suffering from heart trouble today in his apartment at the Soviet United Nations mission headquarters in New York. A Soviet diplomat said Mr Sobolev became ill’last week-end and his doctors ordered him to rest The diplomat said Mr Sobolev was “better today.”—New York, July 26.
