TRANSFUSIONS TO MINORS
Hospital Board Asks For Change In Law (New Zealand Press Association! WELLINGTON, July 29. The Wellington Hospital Board will strongly recommend that the existing legislation covering the administration of blood transfusions to minors be amended. This decision was unanimdusly reached at last night’s board meeting after hearing an opinion from the board’s solicitor which stated that the present system was most unsatisfactory and unfair to medical practitioners.
