White Kenyan To Be Hanged (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. A white Kenyan, Peter Poole, will be hanged for shooting an African houseboy who threw stones at his dog, the "Daily Sketch” reported. The Privy Council has dismissed the appeal of the 28-year-old engineer against a decision of the East African Court of Appeals. Poole was originally convicted of murder and sentenced to death by Kenya’s Supreme Court in December. He was the first European in Kenya to be convicted by an allwhite jury for the murder of an African. $
