Trinity College Prizes
Prizes awarded by the Trinity College of Music as a result of examinations held recently, were presented by Professor lan Parrott of the University of Wales, who was the examiner. Trinity College exhibitions, for the South Island, which were based on 1959 examinations.' were won. by Misses C. Petch and H. Thomas. Miss L. Capill won the prize awarded by Hay’s, Ltd., Miss H. Thomas won the prize awarded by Charles Begg and Company, and Graeme Humphrey won the J. B. Hindin Prize. All the prizewinners -were taught by Miss I. Lassen.
