Turkish-Soviet Clash
(Rec. 11.45 p.m.) ISTANBUL, July 28 Turkish and Russian border guards exchanged fire -or about two hours on Tuesday night near Savsat, East Turkey, according to reports reaching Istanbul. There were no casualties. Turkish guards asked tor the password when they saw five persons approaching from Russian territory. There was no reply and the two sides exchanged fire.
