Mr R. J. Hogg, a senior investigating officer in the Treasury Department, has been appointed Financial Secretary to the New Zealand High Commissioner m London. He will replace Mr S. C. Parker, who will return to duties in the Treasury Department. Accompanied by his wife and family he will sail for England today.—(P.A.) Mr A. I. R. Jamieson, manager of the Christchurch international airport, will next week address a meeting of the Palmerston North City Council on airport management Messrs J. Child and S. Conway have been admitted to the New Zealand Society of Accountants with the status of registered accountant. Messrs W. F. French and W. J. McKie have been granted change of status from associate registered accountants to associate public accountants. The Rev. W. E. Falkingham was re-elected superintendent of the Methodist Central Mission for a further three years at the annual meeting of the board of management of the mission last evening. Bankruptcy *■. Annulled.—Alice Emma Mulligan, a widow, of Christchurch (Mr B. A. Barrer) was granted an order annulling her adjudication in bankruptcy, by Mr Justice Richmond in the Supreme Court, yesterday.
