FILTRATION: Following fermentation and maturation the brew is ready for “processing”. In this picture we show the modem stainless steel filters which ensure the clarity and brilliance of beer. In this section of the brewery, also, some of the natural gas created during fermentation is returned to the beer to give it the sparkle and liveliness that creates the zest in beer.
