Third PattersonJohansson Fight (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK. July 22. The third fight between Floyd Patterson and Ingemar Johansson will take place in the Coliseum in Los Angeles on November 1. The fight will be staged by Feature Sports Incorporated, whose president (Bill Fugazy) made the announcement after his board of directors had voted for the Los Angeles site and date. British United Press reported. in the first fight on June 26. 1959. Johansson won the world heavyweight title from Patterson by a knock-out in the third round. Patterson regained the title on June 20 of this year, when he knocked out Johansson in round.
