Abduction Charge Dismissed
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 24. A charge bf abducting a girl under 18, against Raymond Patrick Richard Harding, aged 26, a workman, was dismissed by Messrs A. W. McDonald and S. I. Baird, Justices of the Peace, in the Magistrate’s Court at Lower Hutt.
Harding, who was represented by Mr A. G. Protheroe, pleaded not guilty. Mr Protheroe submitted the girl concerned had gone with Harding of her own free will
