New Sunday Paper For London

The “Daily Telegraph” will publish a Sunday edition entitled the “Sunday Telegraph” early next year, it was announced tonight. Rumours of this move have been current in Fleet Street for several months.
The “Daily Telegraph,” owned by Lord Camrose, has a circulation of 1,154,768.
Tests For Old Cars.— The compulsory testing of cars more than 10 years old will begin in September in Britain. The move is aimed at securing greater safety on the roads. It will affect two million out of Britain’s fivemillion privately-owned cars.— London, July 20.
