Rolls-Royce Agent To See Minister
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 20. The technical sales manager of the Rolls-Royce Company in New South Wales (Mr Harry Halstead) is in Wellington, and Is to have an interview with the Minister of -Defence (Mr Connolly) at Parliament Buildings tomorrow. Group-Captain Blount, the air adviser to the High Commissioner for the United Kingdom, will also attend the meeting, which is taking place at the request of the Rolls-Royce organisation. Group-Captain Blount described the visit of Mr Halstead as a routine one and his meeting with the Minister as a courtesy call. Mr Halstead visited New Zealand about once a year, he said.
