CONTRIBUTIONS TO AGRICULTURE
Awards Made By Society (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. July 6. Professor I. E. Coop, of Canterbury Agricultural College, and Mr J. P. Kerr, of Massey Agricultural College, today received awards from the Royal Agricultural Society of New Zealand for their contributions, through research. to agriculture. Mr Kerr received his award for the best thesis of the year of candidates for the master of agricultural science degree. Professor Coop received his award for a paper on animal science. The president of the society (Mr Morton S. Rennie) made the presentations at the society’s annual meeting in Wellington.
