HALSWELL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
Preliminary Estimates Requested
The Halswell County Council will instruct its consulting engineers (Messrs H. G. Roy ds and Sutherland), to make a survey and supply a preliminary estimate of the cost of road sealing works in the county. The council contemplates applying to the Local Authorities Loans Board for permission to raise a loan for road sealing work.
