12 Months 9 Probation Granted (New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, June 23. Hari Waaka, aged 19, an unemployed freezing worker, denied a list of previous convictions when he appeared before Mr J. D. Willis, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court Dunedin, today, on charges of breaking, entering and theft from a hut It was subsequently found that the list was that of another man. Waaka was admitted to probation for 12 months, was ordered to pay costs, make restitution of £7 and pay £io towards the ?ost of the prosecution. C.LB.
