98 BANKRUPTS’ ESTATES
Assignee Released From Administration
Orders releasing the Official Assignee (Mr E. G. Tyler) from the administration of 98 estates in bankruptcy have been made in the Supreme Court by Mr Justice Richmond. The applications were made by Mr Tyler, and no objections to the orders were made after the Registrar (Mr J. L. W. Gerkin) had called upon objectors to come forward. , . . .. The 98 estates from which the Official Assignee was released were published as an advertisement in “The Press’’ on May 25 to notify any persons wishing to object to the release orders. The total assets in all the estates have been paid out by the Official Assignee. One of the estates was of a man who went bankrupt in 1885. His Honour also made an order dissolving the Hunter Bridging Company. The company was officiallv wound-up on December 23. 1954.
