League MATCH WITH OTAGO

Clash Of Dates The Canterbury Rugby League will have to send its second team to play Otago on August 13 because the match between West Coast and Canterbury has been set down for that date. The Canterbury Rugby League decided last evening to offer the Otago League two alternate dates for representative matches. Mr E. Claridge said that he felt Otago had taken a long time to accept the suggested date of August M which Canterbury had made in April

The West Coast League wrote stating that bookings for the Inter-ialand match, which will be played at Greymouth on August 27, would open at the conclusion of the West Coast-France game on July 31.
