Keeping Spies In The Dark
SYDNEY.
A woman public servant has suggested the use of black blotting paper to prevent spies learning Australian Government secrets.
The suggestion, to prevent foreign agents from reading white blotters through using a mirror, was one of several rejected recently by the Public Service Board in its current search to increase efficiency. Some public servants have earned up to £2OO with their suggestions.
